“Analysis tools and simulation strategies for augmenting MPS data pipelines”
This workshop will serve as an introduction to best practices for developing analysis tools and data management systems for the large quantities of data that can be used to enhance development of the MPS platform. It will also cover the fundamental goals and principles of model-based interrogation of datasets that arise from both the cardiac and pancreatic islet MPS.
